SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

At Toncha Hardwood, we offer our products throughout all of Canada and the US. We work with local trusted partners to provide multiple shipping and delivery options that vary based on your needs, location and budget.

To ensure our clients receive optimal shipping solutions, competitive pricing, and efficient delivery times, we handle shipping charges through a separate invoice. When you proceed with your purchase, a $100 shipping deposit is applied to your order. After your order is placed, our team will personally contact you to coordinate the most suitable shipping method tailored to your needs. Once all details are finalized, you will receive an invoice reflecting the remaining balance for shipping costs.

All of our items are pre-packaged and safely secured for their travel, whether the item is being delivered locally, or shipped across the country. Some assembly may be acquired and depending on your chosen service, this may be done by a professional. Instructions and any necessary hardware will be included, some skill may be required if you are manually assembling the items yourself.

LOCAL DELIVERY (LOWER MAINLAND)

  • We offer free pick-ups. All items will be safely wrapped and packaged for your convenience and we will help you load them into your vehicle. We kindly ask that you bring some blankets, straps and have a helping hand for unloading the items at your destination.

  • White glove delivery can be provided at an additional charge. Lower Mainland deliveries are carried out by us. We carry out deliveries Mon-Sat depending on our schedule and availability as well as that of yours.

    • Once your item is ready, we will contact you to arrange a final payment and delivery date and time.

CURB-SIDE SHIPPING (BC & Beyond)

  • Items will be packaged and placed on a pallet (if needed), then delivered to your curb-side.

  • You will be tasked with unpacking, waste disposal, assembly, moving/carrying of items to your desired location without the delivery driver’s assistance.

  • Assembly instructions and hardware will be provided for you and some skill may be required with certain items. We will provide you with any necessary details

WHITE GLOVE SERVICE (BC & Beyond)

  • Premium delivery service that offers unpacking and carrying, as well as any necessary assembly of the items that is required.

  • This service does not include moving/replacing existing furniture or any electrical installations, wiring, wall mounting or bracketing.

  • Assembly instructions and hardware will be provided, as well as any additional details.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping generally takes anywhere from 3 to 10 business days depending on the destination and other details. We will provide you with an ETA and tracking once everything is confirmed. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to weather conditions, traffic, or any other delays that may arise with your order.

SHIPMENT DAMAGE

All items are securely packed to prevent from any damages occurring. However, when moving heavy items, accidents, however uncommon, may happen and products could get damaged. As mentioned in our warranty, please inspect items immediately upon receiving. Visible damage should be noted on the bill before accepting the delivery receipt. Concealed damage should be documented and photographed immediately, and then submitted to us right away. Please save any and all receipts, documents and photos for the claim.
